DIAMOND CUSTOM HOMES ANNOUNCES NEW MODEL IN QUAIL WEST

Diamond Custom Homes has announced the construction of a new 7,138 total-square-foot model home in Quail West Golf and Country Club at 6253 Highcroft Drive, overlooking the 11th green of Quail West’s Lakes Golf Course. The contemporary transitional style model will be an open great room floor plan designed by architect Jon Kukk of Kukk Architecture & Design P.A., with interior design by Deana Skelly of Freestyle Interiors, and landscape architecture by Christian Andrea, principal of Architectural Land Design Inc. The estate will have four bedrooms, four baths, two half baths, and a study. The home will have two, two-car garages, one on each front side; one will serve as a private owner’s entrance. The model is scheduled for completion in December 2021 and will be sold furnished.
 

NEW HOUSING DEVELOPMENT BREAKS GROUND IN COLLIER COUNTY

Ventana Pointe, a new 74-unit single-family residential community, broke ground at the end of December on nearly 38 acres on the south side of Immokalee Road about 2 miles east of Collier Boulevard. The subdivision is under construction on a narrow strip of land east of Fogg’s Nursery & Mulch Supply, west of Richards Street and across Immokalee Road from Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club. One- and two-story houses in the Pulte Homes community are expected to be completed in summer 2021 and will start in the low $400,000s.
 

LONDON BAY SELLS $12.8 MILLION PORT ROYAL HOME

Following the record sale of the luxury estate on Admiralty Parade West listed for $18.5 million in Port Royal, London Bay Homes is capping 2020 with another multimillion sale in the Naples neighborhood. Located on Gordon Drive, the $12.8 million custom home by London Bay was created in partnership with John Cooney of Stofft Cooney Architects, Romanza Interior Design’s Jennifer Stevens and Naples landscape architect Koby Kirwin. Boasting 4,648 square feet of living space and four en-suite bedrooms within two stories, the home features West Indies-Coastal architecture.

LSI COMPANIES BROKERS MORE THAN 175-ACRE DEAL IN BONITA SPRINGS

LSI Companies Incbrokered a more than 175-acre property for $6 million. The property is located at 14780 Bonita Beach Road SE, on the southwest corner of Radio Tower Road in Bonita Springs. The site was purchased by Seagate BC Partners LLC from Donmal LLC. The deal was brokered by Justin Thibaut of LSI Companies.
 

CAPE CORAL BUILDING SELLS FOR $5.25 MILLION

Royal Palm Coast Holdings Inc. sold an approximately 55,499-square-foot building located at 2503 Del Prado Blvd S., Cape Coral, for $5.25 million. Michael J. Frye, CCIM with Frye Commercial Group at RE/MAX Realty Group, Commercial Division brokered this transaction and the property management team of Rachael Guertin and Cindy Stratton.
 

80 ACRES SELL NEAR SOUTHWEST FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Terminal Access Park LLC has purchased 80 acres on Treeline Avenue South from Treeline Ventures LLC for $4.225 million. The property, adjacent to the Southwest Florida International Airport, is just north of Terminal Access Road, exit 129 of Interstate 75. Derek Bornhorst, Bob Johnston and Jerry Messonnier of Lee & Associates, Naples-Fort Myers represented the buyer and Dan Miller of Colliers International represented the seller.
 

NORTH FORT MYERS LAND ACQUIRED FOR $2.35 MILLION

Inge & Associates Inc. has purchased the 66.85-acre vacant land located at 7700 7750 Bayshore Road in North Fort Myers from Zuberbuhler Trust for $2.35 million. Gary Tasman, CEO and principal broker, and Lane Boy, director and broker of Cushman and Wakefield | Commercial Property Southwest Florida LLC, represented the seller in negotiating the transaction.
 

FORT MYERS SPACE SELLS FOR $900,000

KP Properties of Florida sold an approximately 8,000-square-foot building located at 11860 Lacy Lane, Fort Myers, to Rent Lacy LLC for $900,000. Pam Wittenauer-Bratton, CCIM with RE/MAX Realty Group, Commercial Division brokered this transaction.

NAPLES-BASED HOFFMANN FAMILY OF COS. ACQUIRES VINEYARDS, WINERIES IN MISSOURI

Naples-based Hoffmann Family of Companies has acquired assets in Augusta, Missouri, including Balducci Winery and Vineyards on 90-plus acres, the Knoernschild Vineyards on 53 acres, and the Old Augusta Wine Co. building. Closing will occur on another vacant piece of property there in mid-January. Hoffmann will be purchasing two more wineries in Augusta in late January or early February which total 250-plus acres and the company has ongoing discussions with other wineries as well, the company reports. Hoffmann plans to consolidate the wineries and is proposing a hotel, a nine-hole golf course, a five-star restaurant, a paddleboat, trolley rides, horse-and-buggy rides and more attractions. The Hoffmanns have a combined national and worldwide portfolio of more than 200 properties, including 33 in Southwest Florida.
 

NECTAR LAB PLANS SECOND LOCATION AT GULF COAST TOWN CENTER

Nectar Lab, a kava bar lounge that launched its first location a year ago in Naples, plans a second location at Gulf Coast Town Center in Lee County. Nectar Lab recently started construction at the former Rita’s Italian Ice unit, 9902 Gulf Coast Main St., Suite 145, near Miller’s Ale House and Outback Steakhouse in the outdoor regional mall, said Naples native Drew Gendron, who co-owns Nectar Lab with three other partners. The second location is targeted to open in March. A third location for the concept is being planned for Florida’s east coast, Gendron said. Nectar Lab’s menu includes botanical teas, coffees, juices, smoothies and bar bites.

ON THE MOVE

 

GATES Construction has hired Steve Russell as senior superintendent. Russell is responsible for daily on-site supervision of GATES’ projects, including quality control, safety, security, project close out, and transition planning. Russell has more than 40 years of construction experience with a wide variety of project types such as multi-family, hospitality, office, and government construction. Russell will be based out of GATES Construction’s Sarasota office.
