Vi at Bentley Village has announced plans for a $92 million redevelopment project that will bring the community four new buildings housing 64 independent living apartments, all with lake and golf course views. The buildings will feature five new floor plans, ranging in size from approximately 2,400 to 4,500 square feet. The entrance fees for the new apartments will start at more than $2 million and extend to approximately $4 million. Expected to commence in summer 2022, the project is anticipated to be completed in early 2024. A Priority Reservation List, with a $20,000 fully refundable deposit, has been established for people interested in reserving one of the new apartments. Vi at Bentley Village also recently announced a $41 million redevelopment of its skilled nursing facility and assisted living residences which commenced in August and is expected to conclude within 18 months.
