As the founder of Lean and Green Body, Jennifer Khosla works as a mind-body wellness practitioner and a holistic nutrition specialist. Specializing in yoga, holistic nutrition and personal training, Khosla says her ability to see each client — and each individual body — as unique is what has made her successful.
“Thanks to technology, I work with clients nationally, monitor their progress and train them while they travel,” she says. “I’ve been able to expand the company, and we now offer health and wellness events across the country.”
In addition to Lean and Green Body, in 2018, Khosla published her first book, Revitalize & Renew: 7 Days to a Healthier You. The book, she says, is an opportunity to share her knowledge, passion and excitement for nutrition and full body wellness with those around the world.

Always be authentically you. Listen to your intuition and never give up.
