CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY FOR NCEF HEADQUARTERS

The Naples Children & Education Foundation (NCEF), the founding organization of Naples Winter Wine Festival (NWWF), has begun construction on its 15,000-square-foot permanent headquarters. The two-story building is being constructed on property purchased by NCEF in the Eagle View Professional Park on Goodlette-Frank Road, just north of Golden Gate Parkway. The building will serve as home to NCEF’s operations which provide an annual average $10-million investment in community programs serving more than 45,000 vulnerable children in Collier County. Construction on the site began in June. The community is invited to track the construction team’s progress as it is updated once a week via social media sites such as Facebook. The building is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy in April 2020, after the 20th anniversary NWWF. The headquarters building will offer a large board room that will be the future hub for NWWF and community needs planning sessions. There will also be staff offices, conference rooms and a resource center which can be utilized as meeting space for nonprofit groups. Naming opportunities associated with private support of the new headquarters building and the associated “Onward and Upward” Capital Campaign are still available. Individuals and/or organizations interested in supporting the campaign may contact Maria Jimenez-Lara at (239) 514-2239 or send an e-mail to maria@napleswinefestival.com.
