Onda Housing Group opened pre-leasing for Bayshore Pines, a 180-unit affordable apartment community at 5361 Bayshore Road in North Fort Myers, about 5 miles west of Interstate 75. The first residents are expected to move in during October. The Naples-based developer will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 574 to 1,047 square feet. All units will be reserved for households earning up to 60% of the area median income, or $60,600 for a family of three, under a 99-year affordability commitment. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, playground and outdoor gathering areas. Interested residents can contact manager@bayshorepines.com or call 239-499-4891.
