Naples Comprehensive Health launched NCH Southwest Florida Gynecologic Oncology, a new specialty service focused on cancers of the female reproductive system. The program, which opened Oct. 1, is led by gynecologic oncologists Dr. Edward Grendys and Dr. John McBroom, who bring more than 55 years of combined experience. Both are national faculty members and recognized leaders in minimally invasive robotic surgery and heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy perfusion. The clinic at Pro Scan Women’s Imaging at NCH, 32320 Vanderbilt Beach Road in North Naples, will treat uterine, ovarian and cervical cancers, offering advanced imaging, molecular and genetic testing, clinical trials and survivorship programs. NCH will also collaborate with Northwestern Medicine to expand access to subspecialty cancer care and research.
