The Bonita Springs- Estero real estate market experienced a 21.3% jump in median sale price from $445,000 in October 2021 to $540,000 in October, according to listings within Southwest Florida MLS. Meanwhile, new listings decreased by 23.6% and pending sales decreased by 21.4% compared to October 2021. Homes spent an average of 31 days on the market last month.
