Florida’s year-over-year change in annual pay was 6.2% in November, with a median annual salary of $51,900 for workers who’ve stayed in their role for the past 12 months, according to new data released by ADP National Employment Report’s Pay Insights. The report is a pay measure that captures the salaries of the same cohort of almost 10 million individual employees over 12 months. Nationally, the year-over-year median change in annual pay was 5.6%, the slowest wage growth since September 2021. For those who switched jobs, the median change in annual pay was 8.1%, the smallest year-over-year increase since June 2021.
