The board of directors of the Riva Del Lago Condominium Association hired Michael Sheeley of MK Architecture to serve as an architectural consultant for its Hurricane Ian repairs and ongoing maintenance program oversight. Sheeley originally designed the twin-tower, 21-story condominium project overlooking Lakes Park in Lee County, which was completed in 2006. The building suffered some exterior screen and aluminum damage from the hurricane and is in the midst of a long-term building maintenance program.
