Naples Senior Center, a nonprofit providing comprehensive programs and social services benefitting local seniors, moved into its new and expanded building at 6200 Autumn Oaks Lane. The organization will also operate under a new name. Baker Senior Center Naples replaces the formerly leased facilities the nonprofit outgrew due to the region’s surging senior population. The 30,000-square-foot building provides additional space for new and enhanced social services and activities for adults over the age of 60. The project was funded through a capital campaign that was launched in 2019 and was accelerated by a $5 million commitment from local philanthropists Patty and Jay Baker.
