MK Architecture was awarded the architectural design for a 106,000-square-foot warehouse building by GCM Contracting Solutions of Fort Myers for ZAHRA LLC. This project follows another 116,000-square-foot adjoining distribution warehouse by the same developer and contractor currently under construction. The facility will be located on Duffie Drive at the Punta Gorda Enterprise Charlotte Airport Park in Punta Gorda. This project will be a distribution warehouse with 16 rental warehouse spaces and 10 truck bays.
