Verdana Village, the luxury residential community being built by Cameratta Companies off Corkscrew Road east of Interstate 75 in Estero, recently opened its 50,000-square-foot sports complex that includes indoor basketball, pickleball and tennis courts. About a quarter of the community’s 2,400 homes have been built so far by Lennar and Pulte, and Publix-anchored The Shoppes at Verdana Village is scheduled for completion next summer.
