Max Flex Fitness — a fitness and wellness company specializing in personal training, corporate wellness services and online fitness classes — will host a Fitness and Wellness Celebration from 8:30-11 a.m. this Saturday, Nov. 6. The events will occur at the business’s main campus at Saint John the Evangelist Church Pulte Home Life Center in Naples, in honor of its 10th anniversary. The celebration and open house will include ribbon-cutting, workout classes, a wellness expo with health and wellness vendors, raffle prizes, T-shirts and refreshments. The wellness expo will begin at 9 a.m. and include vendors such as David Lawrence Centers, Blue Zones Project SWFLA, Clean Juice of Naples, Purely You Spa, Naples Organic Day Spa, National Academy of Sports Medicine and more. The family-friendly event and workouts are free to the community. Refreshments will be available to purchase.
