Naples Motorsports plans to expand with a second location a short distance away from its existing luxury and exotic car dealership at 1250 Airport-Pulling Road S. Collier County commissioners this week amended the future land use map to create the Meridian Village Mixed-Use Subdistrict to allow construction of luxury auto dealership on 3.29 acres on the northwest corner of the intersection of Airport-Pulling Road and Estey Avenue in East Naples. The property was cleared six years ago when Beach House Naples built its assisted living and memory care residential community on the more than 6 acres on the northern part of the land along Airport-Pulling. The second location for Naples Motorsports is still in its early design stage, so a construction timeline is not available yet for the future expansion. Todd Rosenthal, founder and owner of Naples Motorsports, plans the second dealership to be home to Karma luxury electric exotic cars and Rimac, a Croatian startup car company. His current location features brands such as Alfa Romeo and Lotus. The core business of Naples Motorsports, which just marked its 20th anniversary this fall, has always been pre-owned exotics such as Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, McLaren, Bentley, Aston Martin and even the 1965 replica Shelby Cobra classicRosenthal said.
