A North Naples estate broke the local record for highest-priced home sale in Quail Creek when it sold March 10 for $5,620,000. The 8,459-square-foot home, known as 21 Palms, at 4445 Silver Fox Drive sits on 1.26 acres overlooking Quail Creek Country Club.

Michelle Thomas with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty represented the sellers, Paradise Design. The company renovated the home and sold it to a family from Canada who will be full-time residents. “The home had high-end renovation with a mid-century modern vibe,” Thomas said.

Thomas said the 21 Palms sale demonstrates a strong demand from buyers for a country club lifestyle with proximity to Naples’ beaches.

The home, named after the 21 palm trees that line the driveway, was built in 1989 and its interior is fashioned with rich wood, imported stone and walls of glass. It also includes an outdoor living space with a putting green and 45-foot resort-style pool and spa.

The home last sold for $910,000 in 2019.
